As a recruitment consultant with Prospero Teaching for nearly three years, I specialize in placing candidates in Primary and Secondary Schools across Western Australia and Early Childhood professionals in Victoria.

Previously, I was a Centre Director, which enriched my expertise in leadership and understanding the needs of educational environments.

I’m passionate about assisting candidates find their ideal jobs and excel in their careers. My skills in effective communication, candidate assessment, and client relationship management allow me to make meaningful connections and successful matches.

I take pride in my ability to understand both candidate aspirations and school/ ELC requirements, ensuring a perfect fit. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, spending time with my family and friends, and staying active through regular exercise.
