Early Career Educator Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and committed Early Career Educator to work with children aged 0 – 6 years old. The successful candidate will collaborate with experienced educators to create a stimulating and enriching environment that promotes both social and academic growth.
Shift patterns:

• Full day or half term 
• All year round 

• Provide high-quality care and support to children aged 0 – 6 years old.
• Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate educational programs.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and the wider community.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and conducive learning environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education.
• A minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• ACECQA approved qualification
• A genuine passion for early childhood education and child development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Full working rights in Australia.
