- Salary: $90,000 plus Super
- Full Time Perm Role

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Centre Director to lead our established 80-place childcare centre with five rooms. The successful candidate will be passionate about early childhood education and committed to fostering a supportive and nurturing environment for both staff and children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the centre and ensure compliance with all regulations and standards.
- Lead, mentor, and support a dedicated team of educators.
- Maintain strong relationships with families and the community.
- Implement and enhance programs that meet the developmental needs of children.
- Utilize Qikkids for administrative tasks, reporting, and record-keeping.
- Preferably integrate Storypark for family engagement and documentation.
- Ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all children.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience in a Centre Director or similar leadership role.
- MUST hold knowledge of Qikkids; experience with Storypark is preferred.
- Strong understanding of early childhood education principles and practices.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
