Your Responsibilities as a Centre Manager

• Oversee daily operational tasks, including rostering, centre presentation, programming, marketing, events, and communications
• Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of children and staff, maintaining compliance with policies and licensing regulations
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop educational opportunities for children and parents
• Maintain documentation, records, and the centre’s Quality Improvement Plan (QIP), ensuring it remains active and updated
• Build meaningful relationships with families and the local community to support a thriving, inclusive environment

What We’re Looking For

A compassionate, inspiring leader who has:

• Proven experience as a Centre Manager
• A strong background working with children and families from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds
• Experience managing rosters, budgets, and centre operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and systems like QIKKIDS and Time Target (or similar)
