Director of Service – OSHC | Reservoir East, VIC
Prospero Teaching is working with a reputable organisation to find an experienced Director of Service for a large OSHC service in Reservoir East, VIC. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to lead a high-quality program with 60+ daily attendances in a supportive school environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the daily operations of the OSHC service.
Support children from diverse backgrounds, including those with complex behaviours and trauma experiences.
Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with children, families, school staff, and the wider community.
Engage closely with the school to ensure a collaborative and inclusive approach.
Implement and maintain high standards of organisation, cleanliness, and program quality.
Demonstrate cultural awareness, with training in Indigenous cultural engagement being highly desirable.
About You:
Strong experience in OSHC leadership roles.
Proven ability to manage complex behaviours and work with trauma-informed practices.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Highly organised, with strong attention to detail.
A passion for working closely with the community and school staff.
Benefits:
Competitive salary: $71,000 - $75,000 + super.
