Early Career Teacher overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Career Techer to teach ages 0 – 5 years old. The successful Early Career teacher will work in collaboration with our experienced educators to create a nurturing and stimulating environment for our children.
Early Career Teacher Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality care and support for children aged 0 – 5 years old.
Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver engaging educational programs.
Foster positive relationships with children, families, and the wider community.
Maintain a safe and clean environment that complies with health and safety regulations.
Early Childhood teacher Key Requirements:
Bachelor in Early Childhood Education
Minimum 6 months – 1 year experience working in a similar role.
A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
Full working rights in Australia.
Benefits for an Early Career Teacher:
Full-time permanent position: 5 days a week or part time 4 days a week minimum.
Working with other core educators, who have been at the centre for over 5 years and are very capable and efficient.
Available full time - 5 days and able to cover all shifts i.e. open shift and close shift. Shifts rotate
