Location: Koo Wee Rup, VIC

Key Responsibilities:

• Foster a warm and supportive atmosphere that encourages exploration and growth.
• Build strong relationships with children, families, and staff to create a community of trust and respect.
• Monitor and assess children’s development, providing regular feedback to families.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards to maintain a safe learning environment.
• Collaborate with team members to plan and implement engaging educational programs.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education.
• Excellent communication skills with both children and families.
• Full working rights for Australia.
• Passionate about fostering a positive and enriching learning environment.
