About the Role:
As the Educational Leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our educational programs and practices, mentoring educators, and ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF). This role is an exciting opportunity for a passionate early childhood professional to inspire a team of educators and make a lasting impact on the lives of children and families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of innovative, child-centered educational programs.
- Mentor and support educators to achieve best practices in early learning.
- Monitor and evaluate curriculum outcomes to ensure alignment with NQF standards.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and inclusive team culture.
- Engage with families and the community to support children’s learning journeys.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes, sharing knowledge with the team.
About You:
- A strong passion for early childhood education and a commitment to excellence.
- Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent, ACECQA-approved).
- Demonstrated experience as an Educational Leader or in a similar leadership role.
- Sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and NQF.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
- Current Working with Children Check (WWCC) and First Aid certification.
