About the Centre
Our Early Learning Centre is dedicated to making early childhood education a wonderful experience for children from 6 weeks to 6 years of age. We offer a stimulating environment that encourages exploration, learning, and discovery. Our team is passionate about providing unique spaces and programs to nurture young minds and foster their growth into brave, creative, resilient, and kind individuals.
Role
As an Education & Practice Leader, you will:
- Support, train, mentor, and guide practices both inside and outside of all the rooms through the centre.
- Work closely with an experienced Centre Manager and a dedicated team.
- Receive regular professional development and training in Positive Education.
- Have fantastic career growth opportunities within our expanding organisation.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- A qualification in Early Childcare.
- Proven experience in a leadership role.
- Practical working knowledge and implementation of the National Quality Framework and the Early Years Learning Framework.
- Current Working with Children's Check (Employer).
- Current First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificates.
