Are you a passionate educator with a love for guiding toddlers through their early learning journey? We are seeking two experienced and enthusiastic Lead Educators to join our dynamic team, working with children in the toddler age group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of educational programs for toddlers
- Provide a safe, supportive, and stimulating environment that fosters children’s growth and development
- Collaborate with families to ensure a holistic approach to each child’s learning journey
- Mentor and support assistant educators, creating a positive team culture
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in line with regulatory requirements
Qualifications and Experience:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent) – essential
- Previous experience in a lead educator role, particularly with toddlers
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) or willingness to obtain one
