We are currently working with a secondary school who are seeking a passionate and skilled Learning Support Teacher to join their team. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with educators, parents, and specialists to provide tailored support for students with diverse learning needs. Key Responsibilities:
Assess and identify students' learning needs.
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
Provide one-on-one and small group instruction.
Collaborate with teachers to adapt curriculum and teaching methods.
Monitor and track student progress, adjusting strategies as needed.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
What is required:
Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field
WWCC
Must have NESA accreditation
Able to provide two references
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Compassionate and patient approach to teaching.
