About You:

As the Education and Practice Leader, you will support, train, mentor, and guide practices both inside and outside all rooms in the centre. You will be well supported by an experienced Centre Manager, a dedicated team, and regular professional development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience in planning, implementing, and evaluating high-quality educational programs.
• In-depth understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Standard.
• Ability to support and mentor a team of Kindergarten Teachers, Room Leaders, and Educators to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Requirements:

• Qualification in Early Childhood Education.
• Proven experience in a leadership role.
• Working knowledge and implementation of the Early Years Learning Framework & National Quality Framework.
• Current Working with Children's Check.
