About the Role
Are you a passionate and experienced early childhood professional looking to make a meaningful impact? We are seeking a dedicated Room Leader to join our friendly and supportive team in Montmorency.

In this role, you will lead a team of educators to create a positive, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can thrive. You’ll be responsible for designing and implementing high-quality educational programs that meet the needs and interests of the children while ensuring compliance with the National Quality Standards (NQS) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging, child-centered educational programs aligned with the EYLF.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to your team of educators.
• Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Ensure the safety, wellbeing, and inclusion of all children in your care.
• Maintain compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.

About You
To excel in this role, you will bring:

• A Diploma or Bachelor’s qualification in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA-approved).
• Proven experience as a Room Leader or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and child safety standards.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
• A current Working with Children Check (WWCC) and First Aid certification.
