Your Role:
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for students with special needs.
- Provide tailored one-on-one and small group support to meet individual learning goals.
- Assist with classroom activities and behaviour management strategies.
- Collaborate closely with teachers, therapists, and parents to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Monitor and report on student progress, making adjustments to support plans as needed.
Qualifications:
- VIT Registration
- Current WWCC.
- Proven experience in special education, with a strong understanding of diverse learning needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and implement effective behaviour management strategies.
