About the centre: This Centre is a not-for-profit establishment dedicated to providing exceptional care and education to young children. The centre embraces the Reggio Emilia Approach, valuing each child’s unique capabilities and fostering a supportive environment for growth and development.
Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Certificate III Co-Educator in the 0 – 2 years room. The successful candidate will work in collaboration with our experienced educators to create a nurturing and stimulating environment for our children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation of the Reggio Emilia Approach to early childhood education.
- Provide high-quality care and support for children aged 0 – 2 years old.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver engaging educational programs.
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, and the wider community.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment that complies with health and safety regulations.
Key Requirements:
- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
- Minimum 2– 3 years’ experience working in a similar role.
- A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Full working rights for Australia
